Laura creates paintings and drawings by commission and for exhibition. She mainly works in pastels, but can be seen using oil, charcoal, watercolor and pencil. Her specialty areas include portraits and seascapes. She now lives on Cape Cod and exhibits her work at 820 Main Gallery.

Ms. Balboni Craciun is also a classicaly trained violist. She has performed in orchestras in Italy, Spain, Finland and the US. She was a member of the Sessione Senese Chamber Orch., in Italy, and peformed benefit concerts in MA. Currently, Laura is performing with various chamber groups on Cape Cod and is principal violist with the Falmouth Chamber Players Orchestra.
